Stella Oduah Foundation Digs Deep For Untapped Talent
The competition held at different locations across the Senatorial zone with several supporters in attendance.
Christ the King College hosted the Onitsha South tournament while Washington Grammar School was the venue for the Onitsha North tournament. Both had 4 teams of Under 13 teams each with both male and female teams.
The colourful event was keenly contested with several talent spotters on hand to pick out tomorrow’s stars. Chairman of the organising committee, Prince Ugboma, Oduah’s sponsorship of such a tournament was aimed at boosting not just youth development but creating gainful employment too.
Chief of Staff of the Foundation, Princess Nwaka Ononuju revealed the best talents from the tourney would ultimately be sponsored for international competitions.
