The much anticipated and participated Unizik post-utme exams, have ended successfully yesterday.

*The First Batch of Admission is to be out before 23rd of this month.*
*It hasn't been ascertained on the method of how the University will admit candidates that performed well in jamb and post-utme exams but the previous process is mostly likely to be adopted.*
*FORMULA.*
*Each department has its own average cut off mark ,the average can be adjusted higher or lower depending on the degree of performance from the participated candidates.*
*The school management is yet to release this year's cut off mark but will be done after some crucial deliberations from the University Senate.*
*To know your own average ,kindly multiply your post--utme score by 4, then you add the result to your jamb score and divide it by 2.*
*For example.*
*Jamb score : 252*
*Post Utme : 58*
*58 *4=232*
*232+252=484*
*Then you divide the total by 2.*
*484/2=242*
*242 is the average cut off for someone that scores 252 in jamb and 58 in post Utme.*
*Then if You are the bearer of such average you can now expect your departmental cut off mark to know if you are below or above the cut off mark.*
*That's what determines your admission status.*
*THEN FOR THOSE WHO MAY MISS THE ADMISSION BY SOME UNFORESEEN FACTORS BUT WOULD LIKE TO ENGAGE IN OTHER PROGRAMS IN THE UNIVERSITY LIKE JUPEB, CEP ,PRE-SCIENCE AND CONFUCIUS STUDIES.*

*{JOINT UNIVERSITY PROGRAM EDUCATION BOARD}:*
*This is a six months program that avails you the opportunity to enter directly to 200level once you pass the program.*
*You are to study three courses under the program. Which in totality of 15marks to be awarded.*
*Once you score 7-8marks out of 15marks depending on the department , you are favoured to be admitted.*
*You must be passionate and sacrificial towards your studies of 6months intensive and constant Reading for You to excel in the program.*
*THE FORM IS STILL PRESENTLY ON SALE.*
*II} CEP : CONTINUOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM.*
*This is a kind of weekend program in Unizik.*
*It offers the same certificate with normal regular programs but the only difference is that it's been studied for 6years instead of 4years of regular program.*
*You can be working and as well be doing the program.*
*It offers mostly art, social sciences, some education and natural science courses.*
*THE FORM IS PRESENTLY ON SALE.*
*III } PRE-SCIENCE PROGRAM : It is specifically for candidates that want to apply for science courses.*
*It's a 6months program that avails you the chance of getting admission once you pass their examination at the end of the program.*
*It's a good alternative to jamb for science students that can sacrifice for six months and read hard. Once you score up-to 200 you are 100% sure of Admission.*
*THE FORM IS YET TO BE OUT.*
*IV} CONFUCIUS INSTITUTE: This is a Chinese program in Unizik that is centered on teaching Chinese language and culture and as well awarding scholarships to the ones that participated excellently.*
*You can run it as a student which you will apply for it through Jamb and get admission as a four-year regular course program or you can as well run it as an auxiliary program which is for two years.*
*At the end a certificate will be issued to you, which can earn you recognition and opportunity at any public engagement.*
*THE FORM WILL BE OUT BY DECEMBER/JANUARY.*
